It was a decent day again for Swatantrya Veer Savarkar as the collections managed to stay over the 2 crores mark. This is the third day in succession when this milestone has been crossed by the movie, and that too without any offer being extended to the audiences. Moreover, the release is restricted to limited shows and screens. And the film is three hours long. Still, to keep registering footfalls consistently in its extended weekend has at least set the stage for the film.
What it needs to do now is to build on top of this and make the best of what has been trending so far.
On Friday, the film collected 1.10 crores and 2.15 crores on Tuesday, even though the shows started only around 2-3 PM due to Holi and then were impacted again at night due to their length. This shows that afternoon and evening shows were quite strong, as a result of which the collections are almost the same as Saturday.
