The film is expected to become one of the top 10 horror movies post-COVID to cross the $100 million mark in North America.
According to Luiz Fernando’s report, Ryan Coogler-helmed vampire horror flick collected a spectacular $8.6 million on Tuesday, Discount Day. It has registered the second biggest Tuesday post-COVID for horror, experiencing another impressive spike from Easter Monday. It witnessed a rise of +9.7% from Monday and is only below Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’s $9 million. It is performing better than Jordan Peele‘s Nope’s $5.5 million. The film has crossed the $50 million mark and now stands at the $64.4 million cume in North America. This weekend, it is expected to beat the domestic total of Snow White.
