Anand Rai’s Tanu Weds Manu came across as of recent times most unexpected romantic comedies. And the surprise factor is maintained by the director in Raanjhanaa too. The film that sparked off quite a good start at the domestic box office, went on to earn 3.50 crores on its 1st Tuesday, as per early estimates. With that the film has so far collected 27.40 crores at the Domestic Box Office.
Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor’s wonderful chemistry along with A.R Rahman’s beautiful music blazing, expectations are that Raanjhanaa will keep incurring audiences for a while now. Though Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi starrer Ghanchakkar might intimidate it, the film’s innocent elements shall score nonetheless.
