Kabir Singh Box Office: Surpasses Kalank’s 5-Day Total Of 66 Crores; Becomes 4th Highest Weekend Of 2019

Kabir Singh has rocked the Box Office and how. The film opened to a solid start on Friday and earned 20.21 crores. Despite having a rock solid Day 1, it jumped on Saturday and made 22.71 crores. On Sunday, the film showed another strong jump and earned 27.91 crores thus taking the weekend total to 70.83 crores.

Kabir Singh has thus become Shahid Kapoor’s solo highest grosser of all time as it has crossed the lifetime business of R… Rajkumar (66 crores).

The film has also emerged the 4th highest weekend grosser of 2019 surpassing the 5-day extended weekend total of Kalank (66.03 crores). The 3 movies- Bharat (150.10 crores in a 5 days), Kesari (78.07 crores in 4 days) and Gully Boy (72.45 crores in 4 days), which are ahead of Kabir Singh all had an extended weekend and much bigger star value.

The film has entered the weekdays on a strong note now and it’s almost certain that it will cross 100 crores mark by the end of the first week. If this happens, the film will be Shahid’s 1st solo 100 crores grosser.
