Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania: 2nd Monday Box Office Collections

Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania made a business of 1.75 crores on its 2nd Monday. The film now stands with a total collection of 68.93 crores at the domestic box office. This romantic drama starring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan faced a generic drop in its second week.

HSKD which has already become the sixth highest grosser of 2014 faced a stiff competition from Ritesih Deshmukh’s Marathi drama Lai Bhaari and further on the second weekend by Hate Story 2.

The film managed to do a good business in Delhi and its music and pre-release buzz was enough to give it a good status in the market. So far, the film has been performing well, although its 3rd week business will be hampered with this week’s release of Kick starring Salman Khan which releases during the Eid.
