Heroine made a poor 0.70 Crores on it’s 2nd Monday and 0.90 Crores on Tuesday. Tuesday being a holiday on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti saw a spike in the box office collections of Barfi! and OMG Oh My God. However, Heroine couldn’t benefit in any way from the national holiday.
The Kareena Kapoor starrer now stands at a domestic box office collection of 41.70 Crores. Thankfully for the film, it has also made about 9.50 Crores at the overseas box office which brings up its worldwide box office total to 51.20 Crores.
The distributors have suffered huge losses due to the non acceptance of the movie by the masses. From the looks of it, the movie won’t even last another week at the box office. Release of English Vinglish and Kismet Love Paisa Dilli this week are sure to give a final blow to Heroine.
