Hawaizaada starring Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead role, after taking a dull start continued to show gloom on the first weekend. While all films face the Monday drop, Hawaizaada dropped even lower. The film collected merely 32 lacs on its fourth day, it now stands with a total of 2.32 crores at the domestic box office.
The film was already dull at the multiplexes and the single screens too have registered minimal growth. This biopic met with quite a lot of negative reviews and due to this the film could not pick up much. The film was relying on positive word of mouth but sadly it could not gather much and hence the low performance.
