There is a higher possibility that Ghanchakkar will appeal the global audiences more. Being a dark humor, the Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi starrer began its overseas collections on a satiating note. According to early estimates, the film’s total overseas collections so far is 4.1 crores approximately. Almost 60% of the film’s total income so far was raked up from the UAE circuit!
In the U.S.A circuit, the film has so far earned over 70 lacs. In U.K only, the film’s total collections till now is 55 lacs. In Australia, the film failed to catch on as well. The film has earned 17 lacs so far. Its income in New Zealand has been minimal too and has summed at 3.60 lacs so far.

In U.A.E, the film’s performance has been good comparatively. Since Thursday, the income has been stable and has so far earned 2.54 crores.

The weekend hasn’t wrapped up yet and hence Ghanchakkar still has the Sunday to put up a good show overseas. Despite being panned by critics largely, the film boasts of wonderful performances from its leading duo and the supporting cast as well.
