Dishkiyaoon Has A Poor Day 1 (1st Friday) At The Box Office

Alike rest of the new releases this week, Dishkiyaoon too has failed to get a good initial at the domestic box office. This Harman Baweja and Sunny Deol starrer raked in around 1.25 crores on its 1st Day i.e. 1st Friday.

The film’s budget was higher than the other releases this week namely – O Teri and Youngistaan, hence, even if the collections of Dishkiyaoon is higher than the rest it still won’t make any difference to its ultimate verdict!

The film was a washout all over, with dull performance in both multiplexes and single screens! Dishkiyaaon has to put up much better figures on Day 2 and Day 3 i.e. the weekend, in order to have any chance of recovering its investment.

The opening weekend collections of this Shilpa Shtty venture will decide the film’s fate at the box office. However, the film looks like a lost battle already, what with bad critic’s rating and a mixed to negative reports from the audience!
