A neat and clean family comedy entertainer – This is what Entertainment promises on its arrival in theaters. While Akshay Kumar has already enjoyed a good 100 crore hit a couple of months back in Holiday, it is time for him to bring full-on humor for audience in the form of Entertainment. The promo has been fun, the buzz is growing, the hype is fine and looks exciting. Moreover, with a dog in there, novelty factor has been added to Entertainment, what with a different kind of entertainment offered in theaters.
The film is also special because of the fact that Sajid-Farhad are making their debut as directors after finding quite some success as writers, most notably with their Golmaal series. Since the film belongs to a similar stage and set up, one expects a good entertainer in the offering.

Moreover, the songs have turned out to be popular too, especially Johny Johny which has rose up the charts pretty fast. With a new ‘jodi’ in the offering, courtesy Tamannaah Bhatia coming along with Akshay Kumar, one expects the film to find good audience for itself.
The film belongs to the kind that warrants good footfalls in single screens as well as multiplexes. Producers Tips and Pen are giving good extensive release to the film which means even a start at an average of 60% would bring in good moolah on the opening day. Moreover, since this is a family film, collections are bound to see an upward trend over the weekend with Sunday reaching the peak. If the end product is good enough, the weekdays too would be stable as family films tend to see constant footfalls on a stable note.
Entertainment is expected to be a winner at the box office.
