Akshay Kumar starrer Baby is all set to hit the theaters this Friday. The film which is an action thriller will be the first big release of the year. There are a lot of expectations from this action drama considering that it is a directorial venture of Neeraj Pandey who along with Akshay Kumar last came up with a brilliant film like Special 26. Baby has a good hype ever since the trailer of the film was released.

The film is not expected to open with a massive opening but a first day collection in the range of 8 to 9 crores is expected. Baby will pick up over the weekend and will most certainly ride high on word of mouth.

The film will woo the multiplex audiences. Even though the film is not a solo release and has Dolly Ki Doli as competition, considering that Baby has a much stronger content at hand, it will not be much affected. After Holiday, this seems to be the next Akshay Kumar film to hit the 100 crore mark.
