Actress Vidya Balan was snapped at the inauguration of an art exhibition themed ‘Chaplin Lines’. Balan had recently appeared on the cover of a popular magazine dressed up as Charlie Chaplin. Seems like she is a huge fan of the legend and hence looked happy at the launch.
