She loves dancing on energetic numbers and actress Sonakshi Sinha, who proved her skills with the song Govinda in OMG Oh My God!, has begun shooting for her item number in Sajid Khan’s Himmatwala yesterday, Sunday.
“I am going to do an item number for Sajid Khan’s Himmatwala. We will start shooting for the song from tomorrow (Sunday). I really do enjoy dancing. I am really looking forward to it,” Sonakshi told reporters Saturday night at the 19th Annual Colors Screen Awards.
“Mine is a very different song. It is a 1980s disco number and I am really looking forward to it,” she added.
However, she clarified that it is not her father’s song. “No, it’s not my father’s song. It will be a completely new song.”
The actress, who also performed at the Colors Screen Awards, says it is not easy to perform on energetic songs on stage.
