One cannot disagree with the fact that actor Ajay Devgn is one of the most versatile actors that Bollywood has seen. The actor has been in various successful ventures and even tried his hands at direction. Coming from a film family, Ajay Devgn’s father, Veeru Devgn was a veteran figh tmaster. Born as Vishal Devgn, he later changed his name before entering Bollywood.

Ajay’s journey to stardom wasn’t easy. The actor started off by working towards fitness and even took dance lessons. The actor says, “I have learnt Urdu too” as a part of his diction lessons. The actor stated, “Since childhood I wanted to be an actor.” With this in mind, Ajay debuted in 1991 with ‘Phool Aur Kaante‘. He further gave various hits such as ‘Zakhm‘, ‘Omkara‘, ‘Apaharan‘ and more. He states that he was offered all genres and not just serious films.

Ajay also had a successful hand at comedies with his close friend, director Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal and All The Best and the more recent Bol Bachchan.
