Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan to begin shooting for their upcoming film Simmba from today. The film is a Hindi remake of the Telugu Film, Temper. The shoot is scheduled for two months, at Ramoji Film City.
Ranveer is to play the character of a cop. The story revolves around a dishonest policeman, who transforms himself, after falling in love with a beautiful woman.
Ranveer has started training extensively for the film as he was asked to go through a gigantic transformation.

Sonu Sood and Ashutosh Rana will also be the part of the film and with join Ranveer and Sara in some time soon. It is also to be believed, that Ajay Devgan will have a special appearance in the film.
The film has already created a fever in the air from the very first announcement about the film. If to be believed both Sara and Jahnvi Kapoor were shortlisted for the film. However, it was Sara who bagged the role.
