The much-awaited Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees has now undergone its first rough edit and guess what, the film may be a tad bit longer than we expected. It is currently said to be around 3.5 hours long.
While most films are long enough during their first edits, we expect Raees to get trimmed soon. The makers want to limit the film to two and a half hours.
According to popular news sources, the film has two romantic numbers featuring Mahira Khan and SRK. Considering how particular Shah Rukh is when it comes to his films, the actor will be giving his creative inputs to shape up the final project.
Raees has been directed by Rahul Dholakia and has been produced by Ritesh Siddhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment. The film which is slated to release this Eid, will be clashing with Salman Khan’s Sultan.
