For long time there have been speculations that Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment is keen on a remake of 1969 Yash Chopra film Ittefaq. During the promotions of his recently released film Fan, Shah Rukh confirmed the same.

While the film will not be featuring him, the casting for the Ittefaq remake has begun and it is expected to start rolling soon.

Also talking about other projects that his production house will be handling, he confirmed the Karan Johar film starring him.

Other than that, there are a number of projects in the pipeline for Red Chillies which include a Marathi film and also Farah Khan’s next which is currently in its scripting stage.
