Mugdha, who once was a hard-core meat eater, has started practicing the art of Ashtang Yoga which has caused her to make such a drastic switch.
As a Marathi mulgi (girl), the actress used to indulge in delicious home cooked non-vegetarian dishes on a daily basis. But for Mugdha, health was always a priority. Hence, she decided to give up meat for good!
The actress, who was last seen on-screen in Help, also religiously practices Ashtang Yoga every morning and makes sure that she sticks to this routine.
