The case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has finally picked up the much-needed momentum. As the Supreme Court (SC) has entered into the scene, there are a lot of updates coming in at a brisk pace.
The first and the most important is, that the SC has directed all the parties involved to submit the details on Sushant’s case within the next 3 days. The parties which have been directed include- Maharashtra government, Bihar government, Central government and the late actor’s family.
This is considered to be an important step by the honourable SC as it will give the pace to the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Also, it is learnt that the next hearing will take place in the next week.

Also, the demand for a protective order by Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer has been rejected by the SC. Thus, Bihar police would be able to question the actress without any obstacles.
Further, Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh made a point that Mumbai police has tampered the evidence. On the other side, R Basant, who is representing the Maharashtra government, has put forth the side stating that accusations on the investigation have political motives behind them.
Meanwhile, speaking about the SC’s instructions to submit the details within the next 3 days, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has expressed satisfaction.
He said, “The Petition in the SC will be heard in the next week. All concerned have to file their replies in the meantime. State of Maharashtra is directed to place all the investigation steps taken in the case before the SC. We are satisfied with the outcome of the hearing. In view of the pendency of the proceedings in SC, Rhea or anyone on her behalf refrain from making any comments in the case.”
