Now, actress Richa Chadha has reacted to an unwelcoming speech of a BJP MLA.

BJP MLA Vikram Saini, in one of his speeches, is heard saying some disgusting things about Kashmiri girls. After the scrapping of Article 370, Kashmir has been levied upon the similar rules as the other states of the country.
