Marriages are made in heaven, but looks like they are announced on Twitter! Going the non-conventional way, Konkona Sensharma and Ranvir Shorey announced their marriage on the social networking site Twitter early on Sunday morning (5th September, 2010).
Ranvir Shorey and Konkona Sensharma tweeted the same message, “We wanted you to read it here first but… We got married! Yay!” The couple tied the knot on 3rd September amidst close family and friends.
Ranvir and Konkona met 3 years ago on the set of Mixed Doubles and have been inseparable ever since. The two can always be counted upon for their unconventional roles in Bollywood. Konkona came into the limelight as the docile Mrs. Iyer in Mr. and Mrs. Iyer. Ranvir Shorey was last seen in Saurabh Shukla’s comedy flick Raat Gayi Baat Gayi.
