The Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia case is getting complicated with every turn. After Preity Zinta submitted photos of bruises allegedly caused by Ness Wadia grabbing her by the hand, two out of the nine witnesses present deny any such incident taking place.
Talking to the Marine Drive police, author Farha Oomerbhoy in her statement suggested that she never heard Ness raise his voice on Preity or even grab her hand.
According to her statement, on the day of the match, there were no seats for Ness, his mother and the rest of the family and after seeing this, Ness walked up to Preity and spoke to her. Oomerbhoy confirmed that there was no abusive talk or even any voice raised at the event. Also the other witness Pooja Dadlani quipped the same in her statement. According to both the witnesses who have been mentioned by Ness, no such striking events took place.
