The actress who was in a 11 year marriage with Manish, took to Twitter to share the news of her split. The duo had met during the shooting of her film ‘Paap’ and tied the knot in 2003.
Confirming news of her split, Pooja tweeted, “To all those who care & especially those that don’t my husband Munna & Me have decided to part ways after 11 glorious years of marriage.”
While there was buzz about their divorce, the actress clarified the same in several tweets. Calling her split a mutual one, the actress tweeted, “Our split as some might call it is amicable & we hold each other in the highest esteem for now and forever.”
In spite of their split, the duo may still work together as Manish will be composing music for her upcoming project ‘Cabaret‘.
