Multi-talented Mahesh Bhatt is all set to debut as an actor. The noted film maker who has ventured into script writing and production too will now try his hand at acting. Bhatt will be seen playing a bald ‘Buddhist’ monk in Siddhartha. The film will be directed by debutante Mukul Misra.
Also, Shivam Bhargav and Shazahn Padamsee will be seen in key roles. According to a popular news daily, Mahesh Bhatt chose this film on account of its intriguing narrative and the way Buddhism has been portrayed. The film maker related with the protagonist after going through the script and thus accepted the role. We hear, the director will soon leave for Manali to shoot a few sequences of the film.
