For the unversed, some days ago, Rhea gave an interview to a leading channel. During the conversation, she questioned why Ankita has been behaving like Sushant’s widow. The Pavitra Rishta actress gave her a befitting reply with a ‘women of power’ post.
Koena Mitra in an exclusive interview with Koimoi began with Rhea Chakraborty’s interview. She said, “When I saw her interviews, I hated everything I saw. The whole thing when she was talking about ‘I dreamt of him, wo mere sapno me aaye’ – is this a joke or something? It is a very serious matter. I saw her interview with Rajdeep and I didn’t like it. I felt ye pure case ka mockery ho raha hai. Every day you see what’s happening in her life, as things are progressing – all the media channels go ‘Rhea Rhea Rhea.’ Plus all the Bengali actresses are now being attacked, I was fed up of all that. Headache ho chuka hai ye abhi.”
Talking about Rhea Chakraborty’s widow statement, Koena Mitra continued, “That shows her class. Everything was so vague, fake. It was all so unclassy. It looked horrible to me. I felt kya tamasha/ circus ho raha hai. I don’t know Ankita Lokhande personally but you can see in their eyes, the way their conduct is. Rhea or all those supporters or whoever – they are known as a hypocrite gang. The selective outrage is not new, jab unki marzi hoti hai toh pura gang lekar aate hai, warna chup jaate hai.”
Koena also mentioned what her friends have told her about Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput’s time together. “Ankita is very graceful. There’s something so calm, so beautiful about her. Targetting her ki you are his ex is wrong. Jo bhi hai ek respect dena chahiye, and Sushant ko wo respect unhi se ata hai, I feel. She’s been very graceful about everything. It’s not like she’s trying to a part of it, people are making her a part of it. It is because she played an important role in his life. I hear from my friends from the Industry that it was the happiest phase of his life. He was extremely happy with her. There will be hypocrisy in our society, and you can’t stop people from sharing their opinion,” she concluded.
