Karan Johar hasn’t taken kindly to the random gossip stories surrounding his upcoming film Shuddhi. Yesterday the news of Hrithik Roshan and Karan Johar’s spat over profit sharing went viral and most in the media assumed that it was the reason behind Hrithik’s exit from the magnanimous project.
The popular filmmaker Johar took to Twitter to rubbish the floating rumors. He tweeted, “Article insinuating that Hrithik asked for a large percentage of profit for Shuddhi is baseless, untrue and completely uninformed…”

Though the cast of Shuddhi is not in place, it is suggested that the film will either fall in lap of Ranveer Singh or Aamir Khan who are the prime contenders for the role. The film’s female lead Deepika Padukone has reportedly been looped in already.
