Onto the latest development in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, the centre has agreed for a CBI investigation in the same. The Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informed the Supreme Court that the Union of India has in principle accepted the recommendation by Bihar government to order a CBI inquiry into the case.
Sushant’s ex-girlfriend and actress Ankita Lokande has reacted to the same and shared her response on Twitter.
The Manikarnika actress wrote, ‘Gratitude’ and shared a picture which said, “The moment we’ve waited for has finally arrived”.
A while ago, Sushant’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti shared the good news on Twitter and wrote, “CBI it is!!! #JusticeForSushant #CBIEnquiryForSSR #CBIenquiry”.
As soon as Ankita Lokhande shared it on her Twitter, fans started praising her for being there for the late actor since the very beginning.

On 14 June 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead – hanging from the ceiling fan – by his domestic help in his home in Bandra. The actor was reportedly been suffering from depression. His last film, Dil Bechara recently released on OTT platform, Disney+ Hotstar.
