John Abraham is a Bollywood actor who is known for his keen interest in sports off screen. The actor, who has previously played a soccer player in his 2007 film Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal directed by Vivek Agnihotri, is again ready to pull up his socks and this time don the character of real life football player Shibas Bhaduri.
The film titled ‘1911’ is to be directed by Shoojit Sircar. While the two have recently worked on Madras Cafe, they share a good rapport personally as well. According to reports, the film is based on the epic win of Indian football team against the British in 1911.
