John Abraham is a Bollywood actor who is known for his keen interest in sports off screen. The actor, who has previously played a soccer player in his 2007 film Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal directed by Vivek Agnihotri, is again ready to pull up his socks and this time don the character of real life football player Shibas Bhaduri.
The film titled ‘1911’ is to be directed by Shoojit Sircar. While the two have recently worked on Madras Cafe, they share a good rapport personally as well. According to reports, the film is based on the epic win of Indian football team against the British in 1911.
1911 will be produced by JA entertainment. The actor, who is excited for this venture, has already started working out on his physic for this one. With a successful project like Madras Cafe under their wing, John and Shoojit will surely cook up a storm with this one too! We hope!
