Actor Sooraj Pancholi has been accused of fabricating information and facts in the Jiah Khan case and arguments against the actor’s involvement will soon be presented in a special women’s court in Mumbai from 12th February.
Sooraj was present in court on Monday when the special public prosecutor Dinesh Tiwari sought time to go through the chargesheet. Sooraj has been charged by CBI with abetting the suicide of Jiah Khan, with whom he was ‘intimately involved’ over a period of time.
According to CBI, Sooraj had allegedly hidden facts and fabricated information during questioning.
The Hero actor has refused to be a part of any scientific tests like polygraph which CBI was keen to perform to reach the bottom of this case.
