If there is one actor with whom Jacqueline Fernandez is super happy to form an on-screen jodi, it is hunky John Abraham. While she has never hid the fact that she is totally in awe of John’s physique, the hunky actor too firmly believes that together they make a great pair. But there is a reason behind this mutual admiration. They were reportedly supposed to work together in a thriller long time back but since the film was shelved due to economy crash, their dreams of being the hottest new jodi in town also crashed.

“Not many are aware that even before the release of ‘Aladin’, John and Jackie had been signed for a film. It was a story about 5 ex-commandos and John was spearheading the cast. However the film never took off and proved to be a huge blow for Jackie. She had to wait for quite some time before Sajid Khan paired her with John for ‘Housefull 2’. With Abbas-Mustan too bringing her and John together for ‘Race 2’, both are now making the most out of lost time by promising to sizzle in the thriller which is currently being shot at Cyprus”, informs a source close to the actress.
On her part Jackie is happy that together, she and John are making up for lost time.
Says Jackie, “Yes, it was unfortunate that our first film together could never kick off. However John always used to tell me that we were bound to be paired. Now after ‘Housefull 2’, I am doing ‘Race 2 with him. It was destined.”
With John turning producer with a vengeance and making four-five more films before end of next year, do we see a hot favourite actress already on his rolls?
