1. Bhumi Pednekar:
The Bala actress swears by the miracles of hot water, and has on numerous occasions confessed to having half a glass of warm water exactly 30 minutes before her breakfast. Bhumi, who became the talk of the talk right after her immense weight loss gives us another trick and that is Detox water. Cucumber, mint leaves, and lemon are her top choices when it comes to making a detox concoction. Simply mix these ingredients in water, let them soak for about 20 minutes or longer, and you are good to go.

2. Sara Ali Khan:
Sara has been very vocal about her fight against PCOD and the important role that a well-balanced diet play is helping shed the extra kilos. Detoxing after a slew of cheat diets during Diwali, Sara swears by a low carb diet and keeps away from milk and sugar. Her meals primarily consist of eggs and chicken. She snacks on cucumbers and Greek yogurt to beat the cravings.
