Dhadak: Janhvi Kapoor Looks Similar To Her Mother Sridevi In This New Still

Just a few days back, debutante Janhvi Kapoor lost her mother Sridevi due to her untimely death. Janhvi, who is about to make her big Bollywood debut in few months, was completely shattered after the news of Sridevi’s demise started coming.

There were rumours that Janhvi would take a break from work because of this. But putting all the speculations to rest, she has started working on her film again.

Janhvi was spotted on the sets of Dhadak on Thursday in Bandra. After shooting in Bandra for some days, the shoot will happen in Kolkata to film the rest of the movie. A new still of Janhvi from the sets started doing the rounds on the internet. In this new still, we can see that she has donned a saree and her saree avatar resembles her mother completely!

A source from the sets Dhadak informed Mumbai Mirror, “Janhvi and Ishaan will be shooting in Bandra for the next couple of days where they will film some romantic scenes. In the coming week, the duo will head to Kolkata to begin work on the story post-interval, when the lovers elope. They have completed the shoot of the first half which kicked off last December and was shot across Rajasthan and on a set in Mumbai where parts of the state were recreated.”

Dhadak is an official remake of a Marathi film Sairat which stars Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar.

Directed by Shashank Khaitan, Dhadak also stars Ishaan Khatter in the lead role. The film is all set to hit the theatres on July 20, 2018.
