The dream designer of every Indian bride today, Sabyasachi Mukherjee took to Instagram recently making an announcement with his post titled “Sabyasachi for Nilaya featuring Deepika Padukone, unveiling on Instagram 4th February 2018 at 8.pm.”
No doubt this news got all of us pumped up and curious as to know when this mystery would unfold. And the much-awaited 4th of February did arrive and we must say what we saw on Sabyasachi’s Instagram handle got us fully mesmerized. We fall short of adjectives to describe our feeling on what we witnessed. The duo of Sabyasachi and Deepika can create magic; they have proved it to us time and again.
They have done it again; Sabyasachi in association with Asian Paints presented their collection Nilaya, which was introduced to us by the very beautiful and talented Deepika Padukone. This collection pays homage to the women in the late seventies and early eighties, the era of Bengal and to the fashion of those times. Looks like Mukherjee has chosen Deepika as his muse, who does true justice to the trust that the designer lays on her.
