Deepika Padukone Amused By Shoojit’s New Found Love For Varun Dhawan

Shoojit Sircar is ready with his next outing, October with Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu. The film’s trailer released yesterday and fans have been going gaga over it. Many have described it as ‘poetry in motion’. Varun and Banita are at their finest in the trailer, and ‘Shoojit da’ agrees.

He was all praises for Varun, even calling him ‘jigar ka tukda’(piece of his heart), Shoojit revealed it all and it was indeed very heartwarming to see this growing fondness between the actor-director. But who would have guessed that Deepika Padukone would be so amused by this?

Deepika, who got lucky to work with Shoojit in one of his most popular and sweetest movies ever- Piku, tweeted to Shoojit asking, “Accha? (Oh really?). Shoojit cover it up saying, “during shoot we only spoke about you.” However, this simply made Deepika all the more curious to find out what they were talking about, replying, “proof chahiye dad… proof!
