The wonderful duo of Sooraj Barjatya and Salman Khan are coming back together in a film after a long gap of fourteen years. The two last worked together in Barjatya’s 1999 film Hum Saath Saath Hain. Barjatya’s genre of family film got lost in the flurry of realistic mainstream cinema which Salman will attempt to revive using his new found success at commercial cinema.
Salman Khan, who was popularized as Rajshri Productions’ blue eyed boy after their 1994 film Hum Aapke Hain Koun, his character as Prem, became the image of Bollywood’s favorite romance heroes.
The wonderful jodi of Salman and Rajshri are finally coming back together for a film that is planning for itself a Diwali 2015 is expected to go on floors in June 2014. Salman after wrapping up his immediate projects Kick and Mental, along with the sequel of Boney Kapoor’s No Entry, will begin work with Sooraj Barjatya.
The film that has still been left untitled is beginning its pre production work and concertizing the film’s basic script. Salman who first found enthralling success at Rajshri might now consider refashion his Dabangg image and settle down into domesticity. Will he or not is the question!
