Crew movie starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon was released in theatres on March 29, 2024. The heist comedy mostly received positive reviews from the critics and the audience. In the 2024 movie Crew, Geeta (Tabu), Jasmine (Kareena) and Divya (Kriti) get into the gold smuggling business to earn money. They work in the cabin crew department of Kohinoor Airlines in Mumbai, which hasn’t paid their salaries for six months. Due to this, the ladies smuggle gold as chocolate balls from Mumbai to Al Burj on their flights. However, the customs officers find out about the same. So, what really happens to the trio? Mittal’s wife, who was also a Kohinoor Airlines crew member, complained about them to the officers. She does it to seek revenge from her husband, who married the third time. When Geeta, Jasmine and Divya confront her, she reveals that the gold was smuggled to none other than Vijay Walia, the chairman of Kohinoor Airlines. The revelation shocks our ladies who devise a plan to get the gold back from Vijay.

Crew Ending Explained: Do Things Work Out In Favour Of Our Crew Team?
To get their hands on all the gold, the ladies go to Al Burj. Their first plan to get the bags from Vijay Walia’s hotel room fails terribly. However, they come up with Plan B – on-flight robbery. They learn that Vijay will be travelling to the Cayman Islands on a private flight with his daughter and a few others. The gold will be on the same flight.
Through twisted ways, Geeta and Jasmine get on the flight as crew staff. They drug everyone on the flight and find the bags hidden with all the gold. However, Vijay’s daughter catches them and starts screaming. The duo lock her up in the bathroom. When Vijay’s daughter calls the flight captain for help, we learn that it is Divya, who is finally flying a plane. Divya lands the aircraft on the unused runway of her hometown, Nanheri.
Geeta, Jasmine and Divya hand over all the gold and Vijay and his family to the customs officers. However, the movie ends with the girls and other Crew members getting what they deserve. We learn that they steal a few gold balls and distribute them to other people who were also treated unfairly by their airlines. Divya and Jaiveer (Diljit Dosanjh) finally end up together. Finally, it’s a happy ending for everyone in the story, except for Vijay and his spoiled daughter!
