Today was the D-Day for Salman Khan as a crucial verdict was expected in his 2002 Land Cruiser Hit and Run Case at Mumbai Sessions Court. The actor was previously charged with the charges of Death By Negligence and this verdict was meant to decide whether a fresh trial is required on the case.
Well, today afternoon, a Mumbai court framed charges against Khan for culpable homicide not amounting to murder in the hit-and-run case for which he may face a jail term up to 10 years, setting the stage for trial.
Salman Khan, who is now being framed with charges of Culpable Homicide Not Amounting To Murder, has pleaded not guilty in the case.
