Long-lost brothers: Arbaaz Khan & Abhinav Kashyap

Dabangg producer Arbaaz Khan and the hit film’s director Abhinav Kashyap saw eye-to-eye after a long time, since after they got embroiled in the controversy over Abhinav refusing to direct the Dabangg sequel. The duo hugged each other warmly and had a long chat thereafter.

On the other hand, actress Kangana Ranaut, who was reportedly miffed over reports of Ram Gopal Varma considering her for a part in his next film, and then dropping her from the project, also took the opportunity to break the ice with the maverick director. Both were seen chatting up for quite some time. Maybe, Ramu is going to cast Kangs in his next film!

Bhai-Bhai: Madhur Bhandarkar & Ram Gopal Varma

Although both belong to the same school of filmmaking, and both deal with real subjects and real stories, Madhur and Ramu could not see eye-to-eye for a long time in the industry. However, given the number of people bonding around them, even the directors could not resist the temptation of letting bygones be bygones. What they discussed is something we don’t know. But stories of a certain ‘heroine’ must have formed a chunk of their discussion, we reckon.

Some of the other guests at the party were Irfan Khan, Jimmy Shergill, Mahie Gill, RGV, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Randeep Hooda, Boney Kapoor, Tutu Sharma, Bejoy Nambiar, Vikram Malhotra, Shailesh Singh, Rajkumar Yadav, Hansal Mehta, Deepak Dobriyal, Nikhil Dwivedi, Sanjay Ghadvi, Anand Rai and Satish Kaushik.
