Alia Gets Into The Character; Learns Bharatanatyam For 2 States

After making her fans ‘Deewane’ with her ‘Disco’ song in Student Of The Year, Alia Bhatt might show you some  Bharatanatyam moves in her upcoming film 2 States.

Said a source, “Alia will be playing a Tamilian girl in the movie, based on Chetan Bagat’s novel 2 States: The Story of My Marriage. And the lady is not just trying to pick the accent but is also learning to play the South Indian girl with perfection. She is learning Bharatanatyam to get into the character.”

The story revolves around a Punjabi boy who falls in love with a Tamil girl, and the ensuing cultural clashes between them and their families.
