While there is already a buzz of Son Of Sardaar and Jab Tak Hai Jaan movies’ release dates clashing at the box-office, here comes another piece reported by a leading daily.

Actor Ajay Devgn’s company Ajay Devgn Fflims (ADF) has reportedly served a legal notice to Yash Raj films, through their lawyer, in the Competition Commission. The reason reportedly being, YRF using their dominant position in the Bollywood film market to deny ADF their rightful due, for their November 13 Diwali release, Son Of Sardaar.

According to a leading daily, ADF was forced to take legal action because of monopolistic practices of YRF. During Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger, YRF had reportedly used their dominant position in the market, entering into an arrangement with exhibitors saying that they will give them Ek Tha Tiger only if the exhibitors agreed to reportedly give their Diwali release, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, prominence over others.

Son Of Sardaar and Jab Tak Hai Jaan is scheduled to release on November 13, 2012.
