Join UsActor Nilesh Nirbhavane who was a part of the dance crew in ABCD 2 has been arrested for repeatedly raping a 14-year-old mentally challenged girl by the Pant Nagar Police on June 26.
Nilesh had been raping the girl a month long along with a friend and was booked under IPC sections 376D (gang rape), 377 (unnatural offences) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention).
According to the police, it was Nilesh’s two broken teeth that formed as an important evidence in the case. After a little probe, Nilesh confessed to the crime.
It was the girl’s teacher who noticed a change in her behaviour and reported it to her parents.
