Join UsA few days ago we had reported that Aamir Khan has replaced Hrithik Roshan in Yash Raj’s next Thug. Well now there are all new rumours that Deepika Padukone might star opposite Aamir Khan in the movie.
According to DNA, when Deepika was offered the movie she refused to sign due to script issues. Later, the makers reworked on the script and approached her again. Seems, Deepika might give a nod to the film.
Thug will be directed by Dhoom 3 director Vijay Krishna Acharya and the movie will be based on a book ‘Confessions of a Thug’.
Amitabh Bachchan is also in talks for the movie and he is reportedly playing Aamir Khan’s mentor in the movie.
However, official announcements are yet to be made. The shooting of Thug will begin after the release of Aamir Khan’s sports drama Dangal, which is slated to release on 23rd December, 2016.
