Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame Munmun Dutta leads quite a cheerful life. And if you follow her on social media, you would be aware that animals play an important part in keeping her happy.
A couple of months back, Munmun Dutta had shared how she is enjoying quarantine period with her cute cats. Not just that, we even learnt that she’s been taking care of stray dogs during the lockdown. Reportedly, she feeds around 25 stray dogs in the area of Goregaon film city. Such deeds are enough to prove that she’s a true animal lover.
Giving more insight about the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress’ love and respect for animals, we’ll be taking a look at an interesting incident took place during an award night. It was the occasion of 12th Gold Awards which was held during the last year. On her way to the event, Munmun Dutta was posing and interacting with media. During her interaction, a stray dog was passing by in front of her.

As one security guard spotted the dog roaming in the event’s radius, he tried to abuse and scare the stray. Watching such an ill-behaviour towards an animal, Munmun Dutta got furious and yelled at guard and made him realize his mistake.

Meanwhile, back in April, Munmun Dutta shared a bunch of pictures and videos, out of which some were solo one, while the videos featured her quarantine buddies- Mau and Cookie. Along with the pictures, she wrote, “Home sweet home !! With my quarantine buddies Mau and Cookie ..”.
