Kamaal R Khan (KRK) has been making headlines for his comments and remarks for the longest time. The controversy’s favourite child took a dig at actor Rakul Preet Singh and accused her of buying alcohol during lockdown. But the actor was also quick to give a befitting reply and clear what the video was actually all about. Below is what exactly happened.
KRK took to his twitter handle and shared a video of Rakul buying a bottle from what looks like a medical store and walking acknowledging the paps. KRK sharing the video in the caption wrote, “What was Rakul Preet buying during lockdown? She was buying alcohol?”
But lesser did he know he was going to get a reply in no time. The tweet reached Rakul Preet Singh, who clearing KRK’s doubt said she was clueless about medical stores selling alcohol. She wrote, “Oh wow! I wasn’t aware that medical stores were selling alcohol.”

Meanwhile KRK recently grabbed headlines when he made a rather offensive comment on Rishi Kapoor’s demise. In his tweet that he made when the veteran actor was admitted to the hospital, KRK told Rishi Kapoor to not breathe his last as the liquor shops were about to open. This tweet received massive backlash and people schooled KRK left right and centre. So to so, netizens even trended #SuspendKRK on twitter.

Meanwhile, Rakul Preet Singh who is right now practising social distancing has a good line up of projects in her kitty. The actress has a film with Arjun Kapoor, which is yet untitled, she will also be seen with Ajay Devgn in their second collaboration tentatively titled Thank God. As during the pandemic, she has been doing her bit as she has been providing two meals a day to a slum in Gurugram which has over 200 families.
