Gulabo Sitabo Trailer OUT! It is one of the most anticipated films of this year. Due to coronavirus pandemic, the releases of all the films and series are stalled but Shoojit Sircar recently made an announcement that he’ll be releasing Gulabo Sitabo on Amazon Prime Video and has just released the trailer. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana in pivotal roles and looks like a laughter riot.
The trailer starts with Ayushmann who is playing the role of Baankey (who happens to be the tenant), bantering with Amitabh who is playing the character of Mirza (who happens to be the landlord) and are fighting like Tom and Jerry in their unique style over an old ‘Haveli’ (house).
This trailer comes across as a breath of fresh air. Isn’t it? We all have been waiting for our favourite films to release as soon as possible. But the pandemic all together had different plans for all of us.
A Rising Sun Films production, Gulabo Sitabo is directed by Shoojit Sircar, written by Juhi Chaturvedi and produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar. Gulabo Sitabo will premiere worldwide on the 12th of June, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
Besides Ayushmann and Amitabh, Vijay Raaz and Brijendra Kala will also be entertaining us in the film. Also, don’t forget to notice Amitabh’s goat who is yet another strong character in the film. Like REALLY!
