Recently due to unknown reasons, Navjot Singh Sidhu left the show and was replaced by Archana Puran Singh but time and again, Kapil is seen mocking her looks, appearance. This hasn’t gone well with the Twitterati who have slammed the comedian and asked him to put an end to such behavior. But looks like Kapil has put a deaf ear to it.
The Kapil Sharma Show won multiple awards at a recent award function, and celebration calls were indeed on the cards. Owing to the same, the team united including Archana, Bharti Singh, Kapil amongst others, reunited yesterday and partied together.
Kapil Sharma took to his Instagram story to share a video where Archana Puran Singh could be seen sitting in front of a cake, with knife in one of her hand. He could he heard saying, “Insaan thoda sa khaa le, lekin ye kya baat hui ki puri churi leke direct ho gayi cake ke sath.”
In fact, Kapil captioned the picture as, “See, how she is attacking the cake”

Meanwhile, today morning Twitterati slammed Kapil’s comments on Archana Puran Singh’s style statement and pointed it out in several tweets.

“I feel embarrassed for the audience in #TheKapilSharmaShow – they get humiliated without even realising. There’s fat shaming, the celebrity guests laugh at them. It’s not even funny,” wrote a user.
Furthermore, people even wrote against Archana for not taking a stand for herself. “Ma’am, The point you are making is absolutely apt. But the greater point is Wo (Archana Puran Singh) khud apne uppar kiye gaye sexist jokes par dahaade maar-maar ke hansti hai aur enjoy karti hai. Use isi baat ke paise laankhon rupye milte hain. Wo bahut khush hai aise jokes se,” tweeted another.
