It’s been 12 years since Neha Mehta has been playing the role of Taarak Mehta’s wife Anjali Mehta on the popular television show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. She’s finally bidding farewell to the show, and her goodbye note will make her fans emotional.
It’s been days since the reports of Neha leaving the show were doing rounds on the social media. But, her posting a goodbye note on Instagram has clarified everything putting every other rumour to rest.
Neha Mehta took to her Instagram account and wrote, “Hello everyone, and thank you for everything. I’ve worked 12 amazing years at this amazing show (Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah), and I am forever thankful for the beautiful career I’ve had. To my amazing respected Asit Kumar Modi Ji, co-stars,tmkoc whole team, I appreciate the hard work you’ve done completing some of our beautiful journey.”

“I’ve never had so much fun before. I am so glad to be part of this show, but I will miss the spontaneity of the work and generosity of such brilliant colleagues. Thank you again and all the best for the future. The show must go on,” Neha Mehta concluded her note.
This surely is an emotional moment for every Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fan, because it’s certainly hard to say goodbye to a character with whom you’ve spent years with. We all will miss Neha as Anjali Mehta and make sure to keep a check on our diet.
