Kollywood star Vijay Sethupathi who was present at the recently held Kamal60, an event to celebrate the 60-year career of superstar Kamal Haasan in the Indian Film Industry. Vijay poured his heart out at the event, as he said that he has always admired the legendary actor for his work.
The Super Deluxe actor had all good to say for Kamal. But what took many by surprise at the event was when he revealed that he was approached for a role by the makers of Indian 2. Vijay at the event said that he missed out on the role in the Kamal starrer following some reasons.
Following which the Vikram Vedha actor at the event had a request for Ulaganayagan to please give a chance in a film where he can share same screen space with the legend himself.
Apart from Vijay Sethupathi, also present at the event were legends and stalwarts like Rajinikanth, Ilaiyaraaja, AR Rahman along with others.
On the professional front, Vijay has multiple projects in his kitty including Thalapathy 64, which will have the versatile actor playing a negative character.
The film has Thalapathy Vijay in lead and it is being helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Post wrapping up the first schedule in Chennai, team Thalapathy 64 is currently busy filming the second schedule in Delhi.
Apart from Thalapathy 64, some of Vijay other projects are Laabam, Uppena, Maamanithan among others.
