In the sequel season of Invincible, Eric Bauza assumed the role of D.A. Sinclair, replacing Ezra Miller from Season 1. Creator Robert Kirkman made it clear that the switch wasn’t linked to any drama involving Miller. Kirkman stated in a recent Variety interview that the choice mainly stemmed from scheduling conflicts.

Robert Kirkman, the creator of Invincible, mentioned the recasting of roles in the series during an interview. He referred to instances like the change from Jonathan Groff to Luke Macfarlane for the character Rick Sheridan in the second seasons. Kirkman explained that with a large cast and varying recording schedules, availability issues can lead to recasting. He praised Eric Bauza, the new actor for the role of D.A. Sinclair, highlighting his vast experience in animation and expressing enjoyment in collaborating with him. Kirkman also expressed hope that Warner Bros. would find a way to release the Coyote vs. Acme movie.
