FRIENDS fame Matthew Perry is not making the buzz for his yesteryear cult show, but for his luxurious Malibu pad. Yes, we are talking about the same California beach house that the actor spent some of his quarantine in. Turns out that the Perry has some other plans with it, as according to reports, the same house is up for sale. Read on to know details.

A quick recap, Perry bought the Malibu beach house for a whopping price of $12 Million back in 2011. The property that is situated on one of the most prestigious streets in Calif, is roughly 5,500 sq ft. Consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the house is a dream pad for many who look up to the star.

Now, as per a report in Daily Mail, the same property is listed up for sale by Matthew Perry. The report states that Perry wants to sell the house for a sum of $14.5 Million. Apart from the normal requirements of rooms, a spacious living room and kitchen, the property also has a small screening room that accommodates almost 8 to 10 people at a time.
